How much do you charge to replace my roof?

We can come to the house and generate a quote for your roof FREE of charge. However, please understand that a high-quality roofing system is not cheap. We do NOT cut corners.

Do you work with insurance, and will my insurance cover this?

We actually specialize in insurance claims, and can help you troubleshoot any problems you could possibly run into. We make the process simple and straightforward, as it should be.

How long will the project take?

This varies on a case-by-case basis. A simple turnaround on an insurance claim may be 2-3 weeks. If we are solving problems like partial-coverage or other problems with your insurance the process extends out typically another 4 weeks. For cash-pay, we expect less than two weeks once we purchase your materials.

What materials do you use, and what warranties do you offer?

We use GAF materials as much as possible, since they are an industry leader for quality and warranty. For example, we could choose a Class IV Impact Resistant shingle that comes with a 15 year wind warranty - a phenomenal choice for the weather systems in Houston, TX. We will also warranty our work, and will never leave a job site without making the situation right.

Are you licensed, insured and experienced in this industry?

We are licensed, insured, and maintain 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.

Insurance won't cover my old roof/ partial coverage?

We specialize in solving these issues for you. You've been paying on your homeowners insurance for years and you deserve the coverage they've promised you. We will get it for you.
